Responsibilities
Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
Guide students / parents for GMAT / GRE / IELTS / SAT and Admission Consulting to enroll them
in the relevant coaching / preparation programs
Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a min of 60%
Excellent communication (oral and written), conversation, negotiation skills

6 Days / Week (Sat & Sun Working)
8.5 Hrs (10 : 30am – 7pm / 11am – 7 : 30pm)
Location : A-45, Mohan Industrial Estate, Delhi-44 (Nearest Metro Mohan Estate ~100 mtrs)
