      Role Overview

      We are seeking a  motivated and result-driven Admission Counselor  to join our  EdTech team . The candidate will be responsible for  guiding students and working professionals  to make informed decisions about educational programs and career paths. This role requires  excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills  with a  customer-first approach .

      Key Responsibilities

    • Counsel students / professionals about courses, career options, and admission procedures.
    • Handle outbound calls, emails, convert them into admissions.
    • Understand learners’ requirements and suggest suitable programs.
    • Provide complete details about courses, eligibility, admission process, and fee structure.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals.
    • Achieve monthly / quarterly admission targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM / Excel.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
    • Key Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
    • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Comfortable with phone calls, video counseling, and presentations.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
    • Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    • Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in EdTech / education industry).
