Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process, showcasing the benefits of our programs, and converting inquiries into enthusiastic students. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of parents' needs, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for all admissions inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our French and Spanish virtual language programs for children aged 3-17.
- Engage with prospective parents / guardians through various channels (phone, email, virtual meetings) to understand their needs and address their questions.
- Conduct virtual presentations and consultations to highlight the unique features and benefits of LearningLingos' curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs, demonstrating how they meet the educational goals and aspirations of families.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, following up consistently to move prospective students through the admissions funnel.
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and admissions progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the academic team to stay informed about program updates, curriculum enhancements, and student success stories.
- Represent LearningLingos with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration).Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within an educational setting.Prior experience interacting with parents and understanding their concerns and decision-making processes is essential.Demonstrated knack for sales and ability to close enrollments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is not required.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.Passion for language education and a genuine interest in the development of young learners.What We Offer :
