About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR & Performance Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive organizational productivity, with a special focus on enhancing the performance of our sales team. This on-site role in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, calls for a strategic professional who can align HR practices with business goals while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks to boost sales productivity and achieve business targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Handle full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.
- Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) and assist in audits.
- Oversee HRMS processes such as attendance, payroll, and documentation.
- Partner with sales managers to identify performance gaps and execute improvement strategies.
- Organize training and development programs to strengthen team performance and morale.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.2–5 years of experience in HR operations, including at least 1 year in performance management.Proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Candidates must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage.Job Type : Full-time
