Responsible for all greenfield projects monitoring across India

Single point of contact for client reporting

Working with different city teams

Managing all developers for deliverable tracking and monitoring

Responsible for highlighting projects risks in terms timeline quality and safety

Developing new models and process to review base deliverables

Advise client on all project parameters
