Key Responsibilities :
Solutioning & Implementation Leadership :
- Lead the solution design and implementation of recruitment delivery models for new client programs (RPO, project-based, embedded, etc.).
- Partner with Business Development to craft tailored TA solutions and present them to prospective clients.
- Translate client needs into detailed operational plans, timelines, and scalable frameworks aligned with Talent500s methodologies.
- Drive solutioning workshops, process mapping, and change management conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Own the implementation roadmap, ensuring delivery milestones are met with precision, quality, and consistency.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders during implementation and solutioning phases.Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment operations and workforce planning.Manage executive-level communications, reporting, and escalation management across multiple workstreams and geographies.Provide strategic advice to clients on technology adoption (ATS, CRM) and process transformation.Project & Program Governance :
Establish and enforce governance structures, including project charters, roles and responsibilities, documentation protocols, and reporting cadence.Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.Ensure risk mitigation strategies and change control mechanisms are in place for successful go-lives.Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to assess solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, or cross-functional SMEs.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition delivery leads, L&D, Operational Excellence, and Tech teams to ensure alignment of the solution with business objectives.Drive internal readiness across TA, reporting, and support teams for successful program transitions.15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including extensive exposure to RPO, solution design, and client implementation.Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment program implementations across geographies and functions.Strong track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships, including at C-suite level.Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Expertise in process design, workforce planning, and talent technology (ATS / CRM) integrations.Experience with business process improvement or change management frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.Bachelors degree required; advanced certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Change Management, or Agile methodologies are a plus.High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), and project collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JiraDrive internal readiness across TA, reporting, and support teams for successful program transitions.
