Job description

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 12–15 years in software development, focusing on SaaS platforms and AWS cloud.
  • Proven expertise in scalable, high-performance, and resilient system design.
  • Strong knowledge of serverless architecture, event-driven design, distributed systems,

and event streams.

  • Hands-on experience with low-latency, high-performance API design and

    • development.

  • Proficiency in Kafka, OpenSearch / ElasticSearch, AWS Kinesis, and Azure Streams.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (Terraform,

    • CloudFormation).

  • Excellent communication and decision making skills, with the ability to convey

    • complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven leadership in team motivation, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic

    • decision-making.

  • Experience with AI / ML systems and Large Language Models is a plus.
