Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Check and tag baggage according to airline regulations - Assist with boarding and deplaning processes - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure timely and efficient flight operations - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements : - High School Diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Basic computer skills - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Contract Details : This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
