- As Community Lead, you'll be at the center of this ecosystem. You'll craft programs that bring our learners, alumni, partners, and ambassadors closer - online and offline - creating an experience so valuable they'll want to keep coming back and invite others along. You'll work directly with our founders to set the vision, then roll up your sleeves to make it happen — from strategy to on-the-ground execution.
What You'll Own
Community Strategy & Execution – Define the community vision across learners, alumni, and partners; own planning and execution across multiple programs.Engagement Loops – Drive consistent engagement through events, discussions, challenges, and content (online groups, live sessions, meetups).Programs that Scale – Launch and manage referral programs, ambassador programs, and alumni networks that generate tangible growth.Offline Presence – Plan and host offline events, masterclasses, and networking meetups in Bangalore (occasional travel for other cities).Trendspotting – Keep a strong pulse on tech, careers, and AI trends to spark meaningful conversations and keep the community relevant.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with learning, growth, operations, and content teams to deliver a cohesive community experience.Impact Tracking – Measure success through engagement metrics (NPS, activity rates, referrals) and feedback loops - constantly iterating to improve.Skills & Mindset You Bring
Proven experience building and growing communities - bonus if in edtech, devtools, or creator-led ecosystems.
