Company Secretary

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary to manage secretarial and legal compliance, corporate governance, and ROC filings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate laws and the ability to ensure the organization's compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle ROC compliance and filing of statutory returns and forms.
• Ensure secretarial and legal compliance in line with corporate governance standards.
• Draft, maintain, and update minutes of board meetings , general meetings, and resolutions.
• Advise management on corporate laws , regulations, and governance practices.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors as required.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment to ensure compliance.
