Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Projects Head located in New Delhi. The Projects Head will lead and oversee the execution of interior design and build projects, ensuring they are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, supervising resources, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations. The Projects Head will also contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives to optimize project execution.

• Project Management, Planning, and Strategic Execution skills
• Team Leadership, Coordination, and Communication skills
• Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Cost Optimization expertise
• Problem-Solving, Risk Assessment, and Decision-Making capabilities
• Knowledge of Interior Design and Construction Processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (MBA or advanced certification preferred)
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is highly advantageous
