Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, ORM, etc.) targeting US and Canadian markets.

Develop and implement sales strategies, growth plans, and market outreach campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to meet performance goals.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.

Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and drive business expansion.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM tools.

Contribute to strategic planning by sharing market insights and client feedback with leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry.

Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.

Experience in team management, performance tracking, and sales training.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, etc.) and agency operations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
