About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Operations Lead to spearhead online business operations across owned digital channels and marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will be a growth-driven professional with a deep understanding of D2C, marketplace operations, and digital commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Own E-Commerce Platform Management
- Drive growth and business performance across the company's e-commerce website and mobile app .
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to optimize user experience and increase adoption.
- Utilize the app as a channel for exclusive offers, loyalty programs, and repeat-purchase campaigns .
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention programs.
2. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Partnerships
Manage listings, catalogues, and performance across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick commerce platforms.Optimize visibility, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and profitability.Liaise with account managers to ensure compliance with platform policies and manage daily operations effectively.3. Operations & Fulfilment
Ensure seamless order fulfilment , inventory management, and logistics coordination across all digital channels.Monitor SLAs , returns, escalations, and the last-mile delivery experience to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Marketing & Promotions
Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute online campaigns, offers, and digital promotions.Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements for better ROI.5. Product & Category Management
Own the online product catalogue , pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategy.Drive assortment planning based on consumer trends, insights, and seasonal requirements.Partner with business and marketing teams on new product launches, festive collections , and digital exclusives .6. Data, Reporting & Optimization
Track and analyze key app metrics : installs, conversions, engagement, and retention .Deliver actionable insights and regular performance dashboards for leadership review.Recommend initiatives to continuously improve digital sales performance and customer experience .Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ; MBA preferred .8–12 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations , across both marketplaces and owned platforms .Strong understanding of D2C business models, online sales growth, and digital category management .Proven track record of scaling e-commerce performance and driving revenue targets.Hands-on experience with cross-functional collaboration (Tech, Marketing, Operations, Finance).Analytical mindset with proficiency in digital tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills .Experience in retail, fashion, watches, or consumer durables is highly desirable.Working Conditions :
Full-time position based in Gurgaon, India .Occasional travel within India for key events, reviews, and partnerships.Skills Required
