Customer Care Executive

Job descriptionMinimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Care (E-commerce preferred) Hands-on experience with Shopify for order management and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Share customer feedback to improve products and services
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell apparel collections
- Handle inbound leads and close sales effectively
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Manage orders, returns, and customer queries through the Shopify platform
