Mit’s family is just one of tens of thousands of Indian-immigrant owned convenience stores in America. These small family stores desperately need our help to stay alive as big corporate chains are gobbling up one family store after another.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Client Success Executive to help our customers thrive. You’ll own relationships with store owners across the U.S., ensuring they get maximum value from SwiftSku while identifying opportunities to help them grow further. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’ll play a key role in driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth for a rapidly scaling multi product startup.

What You will Do

Build strong, long-term relationships with U.S. convenience store owners and guide them to succeed using SwiftSku.

Own every customer interaction from onboarding to renewals, ensuring customers get measurable value from our platform.

Act as the primary point of contact for questions, training, and escalations.

Spot and close opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that help customers grow (and boost MRR).

Stay ahead of churn by tracking account health, understanding customer pain points, and acting before issues escalate.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn feedback into better features and smoother experiences.

Track and improve key metrics like adoption, retention, and CSAT and share insights that help the whole team win. What You will Bring

Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (spoken and written).

Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in SaaS, account management, or customer success (1–3 years).

Proven ability to upsell or expand accounts through genuine customer understanding.

Comfort analyzing customer feedback and taking action to improve satisfaction and retention.

A customer-first, problem-solver mindset with ownership over results.

Willingness to work night shifts (8 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday–Friday) supporting U.S. clients.
