Demand Manager - B2B

About the Role

The B2B / Demand Manager will drive corporate partnerships and bulk demand generation. This role focuses on securing occupancy through corporate tie-ups, universities, brokers, institutions, endorsements, relocation agencies, and commercial parks. You will play a key role in positioning Union Living as the preferred housing partner for corporates and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard corporate partners, institutions, relocation agencies, and commercial parks.

Drive endorsements and partnerships with companies (e.g., Apollo and other large organizations).

Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting and meetings to closures.

Build monthly demand plans aligned with occupancy targets.

Run targeted B2B campaigns with the marketing team using LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.

Negotiate and close long-term housing agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with HRs, admin teams, and corporate stakeholders.

Track demand metrics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

4–7 years in B2B sales, hospitality, or real estate.

Proven success in corporate tie-ups, endorsements, and bulk demand closures.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

CRM, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools expertise.
