About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the recruitment and staffing industry to help us grow our client base in India and the UAE . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with HR and business leaders, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries for recruitment and staffing services in India and UAE.
  • Use online channels (, job boards, professional networks, databases, email campaigns, etc.) to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client needs are understood and met efficiently.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities in both markets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and staffing business models (permanent, contract, RPO).
  • Proven ability to generate and close leads independently using digital platforms and networking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE and Indian market trends, business culture, and hiring practices.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Sales Navigator, and lead generation automation tools is a plus.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of business development experience in recruitment / staffing agencies.
  • Prior experience handling clients across multiple industries (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.) preferred.
