We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with queries, service information, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in customer service and communication roles. MBA candidates are given added preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the system.
• Follow up on pending queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Meet daily / weekly performance targets and service-level standards.
