Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Thiruvananthapuram. The role encompasses various responsibilities including customer support, telecalling, marketing activities, and computer hardware and networking support. Daily tasks involve assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting products and services, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective operation and maintenance of computer hardware and networks.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Telecalling skills
• Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in Computer Hardware and Networking
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Background in IT or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
