Company Description

The Glare Designer Boutique by Diya Jain is a bespoke fashion brand located in Bellandur, Bengaluru. We specialise in custom-designed and well-tailored women's dresses, baby dresses, combo dresses for women or families. We work closely with our customer to help them select the fabric, and include their ideas into the design of the dress.

Role Description

This is an on-site full time role for a Assistant Fashion Designer. The primary location of job is in Bellandur, Bangalore. The Assistant Fashion Designer will work closely on the customer requirements and will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks like assisting customer on the fashion styling, help them choose right fabric, taking measurements and doing alterations.

Qualifications

Fashion Design and Fashion Styling skills

Knowledge of Textiles and Sewing

Creativity and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Fashion Design or related field (relevant coursework and experience can be considered)

Passion for fashion, and a keen eye for the latest trends and styles

Basic garment construction and pattern-making knowledge.

Know how to take body measurements (preferred)

Basic garment alterations skill. (preferred)

Sales experience in fashion industry (plus).

Salary : Rs 12,000 - Rs 15,000

Travel : Applicants needs to travel to work location on daily basis.
