Experience : Min 3 years in Fashion & Retail

Qualifications : MBA or Retail / Fashion Management

Responsibilities : -

• Ensure sales performance and growth of the Exclusive Brand Outlets.
• Implement and monitor the process and systems and evaluate the overall performance
• Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of Hidesign
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and high visual standards
• Train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
• Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by proper planning and analysis
• Coordinate with the office for resolving the issues and for providing the better support
• Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success
