We are looking for an experienced and dynamic DGM / GM – Strategic Alliance to lead our channel partner strategy and execution. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the channel partner ecosystem to drive real estate sales across projects and geographies.
Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management
- Build, expand, and nurture a strong network of real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Design and implement partner onboarding, training, and engagement programs.
- Identify and appoint new channel partners in target markets to increase coverage and penetration.
Revenue Generation
Drive sales through the channel partner ecosystem for assigned residential and / or commercial projects.Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the channel partner vertical and ensure consistent achievement.Monitor partner performance and take corrective actions to optimize outcomes.Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with marketing to create partner-specific campaigns, incentives, and lead-generation activities.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to refine sales approaches.Relationship Management
Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with high-performing partners.Regularly engage with partners through events, site visits, meetings, and performance reviews.Act as a point of escalation for any partner-related issues and ensure swift resolution.Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of regional / channel sales managers or executives.Build a performance-driven culture with focus on ownership, accountability, and outcomes.Qualifications
Any Graduate (MBA Marketing Preferred)
