Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Zoho HRMS Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and related modules. This role is critical in ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and optimization of Zoho HR solutions tailored to client-specific HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation of Zoho HRMS suite including Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Analytics.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with HR and IT stakeholders to map business needs to Zoho capabilities.
- Configure and customize Zoho modules : Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.
- Design and implement workflows, automation, and approval hierarchies using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting .
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems such as payroll processors, ERP, and ATS platforms.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Zoho Projects .
- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and go-live support for client teams.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Continuously optimize Zoho implementation methodologies for scalability and efficiency.
- Analyze usage data via Zoho Analytics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements based on client feedback.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal Zoho knowledge base.
Requirements
10–13 years of experience in HRMS implementation, with at least 3 full-cycle Zoho HRMS implementations as a lead.Deep expertise in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Analytics.Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and system workflows.Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom workflows and automation.Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Zoho Projects .Strong documentation and organizational capabilities.Preferred Qualifications
Bangalore-based candidates only.Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of less than 30 days.Zoho certifications (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator) are a plus.Requirements

Deep expertise in HR processes, system workflows, and change management. Hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of HRMS integrations with other enterprise systems. Proficiency in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks. Advanced skills in data analysis, process optimization, and issue resolution. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
