Job Description

Job Title : Data Science Manager

Location : Pune,India

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Manager in Data Science to lead strategic data initiatives, drive advanced analytics solutions, and mentor junior data professionals. You will have 12 or more years of experience and specialisation in applying data science techniques to real-world business problems across industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or technology.

You will be based in Balewadi, Pune and will work in hybrid. You will report to the Manager, Software Engineering.

Your Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement & Delivery

Understand client business challenges and propose end-to-end AI / ML / data science solutions.

Architect and develop predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses.

Contribute to the development of analytics strategy and roadmap for enterprise clients.

Mentor and guide data scientists and analysts on best practices and solution delivery.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality for complex analytics projects.
