Senior Manager - Data Science & Analytics

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on analytics, modeling, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python, Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Perform geospatial and advanced analytics to support business decision-making.
• Build scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and Azure.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Mentor team members, drive technical innovation, and foster a data-driven culture.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and Skills Required :
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure cloud services.
• Expertise in Power BI for visualization and reporting.
• Experience in geospatial analysis and related tools / libraries.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with big data frameworks, Spark, or similar platforms is a :
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading data science teams or projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver predictive analytics and actionable business insights.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise-scale analytics :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science,or related field.
• Advanced certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Cloud Analytics are a plus
