Job descriptionPrepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Manage cashflow and working capital requirements. Optimize utilization of funds for business operations and growth. Evaluate and secure funding options when required (bank loans, credit facilities, etc. Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory audits. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies. Financial Audit Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Book Audit Verify completeness and correctness of ledgers. Inventory Audit Ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting. Revenue Audit Validate revenue recognition and reporting. Liaise with statutory auditors and regulatory bodies. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business strategy. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Leadership ability to manage junior team members and collaborate with Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or auditing.
