Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Implementation :
- Design service desk architectures for infrastructure and applications.
- Develop logging frameworks for effective data collection and analysis.
- Ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions across client environments (on-premise and cloud).
Technology Evaluation & Integration :
Assess, recommend, and implement monitoring, logging, and event management tools.Integrate new tools with existing systems and networks for unified monitoring.Collaboration & Leadership :
Work closely with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams to deliver cohesive monitoring strategies.Lead project delivery, ensuring governance and compliance.Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams.Documentation & Best Practices :
Create and maintain delivery documentation, architectural diagrams, and standard operating procedures.Establish best practices for monitoring and service desk implementation.Client Engagement & Training :
Conduct SRS workshops and technical training for partners and customers.Act as a trusted technical advisor, aligning solutions with business goals.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience with monitoring & service desk tools such as ManageEngine, Broadcom, Microfocus, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, TrueSight, ServiceNow, Kibana, Zoho Service Desk.Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (JasperBI, PowerBI, Tableau).Strong understanding of network architecture concepts (e.g., secure zones, DMZ).Familiarity with ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).Experience with both on-premise and cloud deployments.Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills(ref : hirist.tech)
