Verification Lead

As Verification Lead, you will lead a team of Verification Engineers on multiple projects. You will implement, guide, and train the team members on all aspects of Verification, including and not restricted to Verification plan, Test Plan, Testcases, Testbench Architecture, Coverage, Debugging, Regression, Bug reports etc... You will also be responsible for guiding the team members on protocols, planning and execution of error-related test scenarios.

Our engineers have experience with a variety of digital protocols, communication busses, and tools including 1G, 10G Ethernet, PCIe (Gen1-Gen6), 5G, DIGRF, USB3.0, STM, HDMI, and software-defined radio (SDR), as well as encryption, protocol compliance, signal generation, data analysis, IoT technology, and multiple image processing techniques.

Some of our clients are Agilent Technologies, Keysight Technologies, BitifEye, NEC, FreeScale, Mentor Graphics, ITI, BEL and many DRDO labs, like DEAL, IRDE, LRDE, ADE, CARE and CABS. Products / Solutions developed by us are being used by BIG semiconductor companies like INTEL, STMicroElectronics, FreeScale, Sony, LG and a few more.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead verification team on multiple projects
  • Work closely with clients, sales / marketing, project managers, design teams to plan and successfully deliver on commitments
  • Implement and provide technical guidance to team members on various aspects of verification

Requirements :

  • Experience and ability to lead a verification team
  • Strong SV, Classes and UVM concepts
  • Be able to guide the team to deliver effective UVM based Verification plans, test plans and testbench architectures
  • Should have a strong understanding of functional coverage
  • One or more Protocol knowledge is a must (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, DisplayPort, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of either of the interfaces (AXI, AHB, APB, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of constrained randomization in SystemVerilog
  • Be able to enforce strict code quality through code review
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good project planning and execution skills
