Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Central Analyst to join our HR Systems team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), a strong understanding of HR operations, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

You will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle transactions, supporting HR operations, and ensuring data integrity across systems. This position is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience looking to grow their career in HR systems and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee master data and maintain compliance with HR policies and data governance standards.
• Support HR operations and handle employee data change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports using EC and related tools.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of EC enhancements or new functionalities.
• Provide day-to-day system and process support to HR and end users.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR technology landscape.
