Position Summary : The Business Systems Analyst 3 position is responsible for performing advanced business analysis activities within our semiconductor company. This position leads complex requirements initiatives, implements sophisticated process improvements, and resolves critical business challenges for technology solutions. The role requires comprehensive understanding of business analysis principles, advanced analytical skills, and strong project management abilities to lead business analysis functions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities : Advanced Requirements Engineering (35%) :

• Lead complex requirements engineering initiatives
• Create comprehensive requirements management frameworks
• Implement advanced elicitation and analysis techniques
• Develop sophisticated business and system specifications
• Establish requirements governance and quality standards Business Process Optimization (20%) :
• Lead business process optimization and transformation
• Develop enterprise-level process architectures and models
• Implement advanced analytics for process improvement
• Create process governance and measurement frameworks
• Establish process standards and best practices Solution Architecture (15%) :
• Lead business solution architecture development
• Create comprehensive business capability models
• Implement strategic solution evaluation and selection
• Develop business cases and value propositions
• Establish solution validation frameworks and success criteria Project Leadership (10%) :
• Lead business analysis aspects of major projects
• Develop analysis workplans and resource allocations
• Implement stakeholder management and communication strategies
• Create risk assessment and mitigation approaches
• Establish project governance and quality control Cross-functional Leadership (10%) :
• Lead cross-functional business initiatives
• Drive alignment between business strategies and technology solutions
• Lead requirements planning sessions and design reviews
• Resolve complex stakeholder requirements and competing priorities
• Ensure organizational alignment on business approaches Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing (10%) :
• Mentor business analysts on advanced principles and methodologies
• Develop training on business analysis techniques
• Establish analysis best practices and procedures
• Lead knowledge sharing and documentation initiatives
• Create professional development opportunities for analysis team members

Education and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)

Qualifications : - Advanced knowledge of business analysis principles and practices

Travel Requirements : - Moderate travel required (10-15% of time)

Level of Authority : - Performs advanced business analysis tasks with minimal supervision
