Senior VisionPLUS Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior VisionPLUS Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our core payment systems. This position requires deep expertise in the FAS and VMx modules, with strong problem-solving skills to handle complex tasks and ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Development : Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of enhancements and solutions within VisionPLUS FAS and VMx modules.
• Problem Resolution : Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to online transactions, batch processing, and overall system functionality.
• Performance Tuning : Participate in system performance optimization, infrastructure planning, and capacity management to maintain efficiency and reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, share best practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to high coding standards.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, automation, and application support practices.
