Minimum 5 years of IT experience in the Microsoft Intune technical area.

• Required Skills and Expertise :
• Expert knowledge in Intune / SCCM version widely deployed in the market and still current.
• Thorough understanding of hardware and software inventory and workflow.
• Must have good understanding of GPO and AD.
• Good knowledge of SCCM reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Desired Skills :
• Knowledge of networking concepts
• Client patch management
• Powershell scripting
• Open to work in 24X5 support shifts
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to make quick décisions, assume leadership without supervision, able to assume a role of authority as necessary.
• Ability to think independently and find solutions to complex issues through different sources
• A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
• Effective analysis : Ability to listen, analyze and summarize.
• Ability to work in stressful situations. Conflict management skills, is a plus.
• Customer and team-work oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
