EXP 4-6

Location ; Bangalore

Minimum 5 years of IT experience in the Microsoft Intune technical area.

Required Skills and Expertise :

Expert knowledge in Intune / SCCM version widely deployed in the market and still current.

Thorough understanding of hardware and software inventory and workflow.

Must have good understanding of GPO and AD.

Good knowledge of SCCM reporting.

Basic knowledge of SQL

Desired Skills :

Knowledge of networking concepts

Client patch management

Powershell scripting

Open to work in 24X5 support shifts

Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Ability to make quick décisions, assume leadership without supervision, able to assume a role of authority as necessary.

Ability to think independently and find solutions to complex issues through different sources

A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach

Effective analysis : Ability to listen, analyze and summarize.

Ability to work in stressful situations. Conflict management skills, is a plus.

Customer and team-work oriented.

Excellent communication skills.
