Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Strategic Sourcing professional to manage sourcing, costing, and supplier development for Metal, Fabrication, Plastics & Rubber commodities in the 2W / 3W domain. The role requires strong expertise in supplier management, new product development, and cross-functional collaboration with proven leadership in team handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead sourcing, pricing, costing, and negotiations for Metal, Fabrication, Plastics & Rubber.
• Drive supplier development with focus on South India Manage a team of minimum 3 sourcing professionals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing for new product development.
• Execute cost optimization, VA / VE initiatives, and supplier consolidation.
• Maintain supplier relationships and provide market 13-20 years in sourcing / procurement within 2W / 3W OEMs.
• 7-10 years in strategic sourcing (not SCM / logistics).
• 3-5 years experience in NPD for 5+ years working with cross-functional teams.
• Worked with TVS / Yamaha / Bajaj for minimum 58 years.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management skills
