Job Title : Telecaller – Interior Design Sales

Location : Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

Salary : Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience : 1–2 years (Interior Design or related industry preferred)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller with experience in Interior Design Sales . The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound and inbound calls to explain interior design services to potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule appointments for the design / sales team with interested customers.
• Maintain and update lead data and follow-up records in CRM.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design packages.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.
