Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Content Strategist with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the IT / technology domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading content initiatives, shaping brand narratives, and developing innovative content strategies that drive engagement, thought leadership, and business impact. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to align content with Hack2skill’s overall marketing and organizational goals.
What You’ll Do :
As a Senior Content Strategist, you will :
- Lead and own the content strategy across multiple platforms (campaigns, website, blogs, newsletters, social media, and events).
- Conceptualize and drive high-impact campaigns that resonate with tech-savvy and professional audiences.
- Guide and mentor junior writers / content creators , ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
- Research emerging IT industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to craft data-driven strategies.
- Optimize all content for SEO, readability, and lead generation , leveraging analytics to refine strategies.
- Draft, review, and elevate content for innovation programs, hackathons, webinars, and IT-focused initiatives.
- Ensure that all content reflects Hack2skill’s brand voice, positioning, and strategic objectives.
- Track, measure, and report the impact of content campaigns, continuously innovating for improved performance.
You Should Have :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of professional content writing and strategy experience in the IT / technology domain.Demonstrated expertise in campaign ideation, narrative building, and content-led marketing .Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio showcasing IT / tech content.Proven ability to develop and execute long-term content strategies .Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing tools, and analytics platforms .Experience in mentoring or managing content teams .Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .A creative yet data-driven mindset , balancing innovation with measurable results.
