Description : Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Head of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances to lead brand collaborations, drive new revenue channels, and forge high-impact partnerships across online and offline ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in business development, ecosystem partnerships, brand tie-ups, and growth strategy within the D2C / e-commerce space.
Key Strategy & Leadership :
- Define and execute a clear partnership strategy aligned with business goals, category priorities, and brand positioning.
- Identify new growth opportunities by building alliances across marketplaces, fintech, lifestyle brands, loyalty networks, media, and technology platforms.
- Own partnership P&L, revenue targets, and performance metrics.
Business Development & Alliances :
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partners across categories (banks, wallets, telcos, fashion, beauty, health, travel, etc.).Lead negotiation and closure of partnership deals including co-branded marketing, bundles, cross-sell, distribution partnerships, and channel integrations.Develop scalable models for co-marketing, product collaborations, and customer acquisition.Ecosystem Expansion & Growth :
Establish alliances with marketplaces, influencers, content platforms, loyalty programs, and affiliate networks to drive incremental customer acquisition and retention.Explore brand partnerships for limited-edition products, collabs, and exclusive launches.Build partnership-led revenue streams and expand brand visibility across key touchpoints.Program Management & Execution :
Create partnership playbooks, frameworks, and SOPs to ensure consistent execution.Work with Product, Growth, Marketing, CRM, and Category teams to implement integrated partnership campaigns.Track and analyze partnership performance using KPIs such as partner-driven revenue, CPA, CAC reduction, LTV lift, and engagement metrics.Relationship Management :
Maintain long-term, high-value relationships with brands, agencies, founders, and CXOs.Represent the brand at industry forums, events, and networking opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications :
10-15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, corporate development, or growth.Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, retail, or digital-first companies is strongly preferred.Proven track record of closing high-impact partnerships and delivering revenue-focused collaborations.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize partnerships.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, growth, and category teams.Preferred Attributes :
