Lead Visual Designer - Figma / Sketch

We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform.

Job Profile :

• Build designs influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
• Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer isnt the right one
• Establish the platform as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space
• Develop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms
• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content
• Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos
• Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
• Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and execution
• Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Level up junior designers through hands-on work
• Lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking
• Foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning
