Principal Product Designer - Figma / Creative Suite

Role & Responsibilities :

Mission of This Role :

To lead and execute design across idea-stage and early stage startups. Translating early concepts into functional, user-centric products collaborating with studio team and founders. Set a high design standard, create scalable design systems, and ensure that every product we launch is both usable and delightful from day one.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end design process for multiple early-stage productsfrom research and ideation to final UI and developer handoff.
• Collaborate closely with startup founders, product managers, and engineers to co-create product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions
• Emphasize building user experiences that are intuitive and liked / loved
• Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web
• Establish and maintain reusable design systems and visual guidelines
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Contribute to venture pitches and product storytelling through compelling visuals and prototypes
