Job description
What you've to do :
- Design and develop backend systems and APIs for our talent experience management platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our platform
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database design and management
- Familiarity with cloud computing and microservices architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Experience
What you've done
7+ years of Software Development experience in Core Java, MongoDB, Algorithm, Data Structures, Design Patterns.,Strong experience with Micro services and distributed systems.Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & developmentExperience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deploymentsSolid written and verbal communication skillsAble to thrive in a fast-paced environmentEngineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.More than 2 years of hands on product engineering experience.Benefits
