Key Responsibilities

• Agile & Product Mindset : Drive sprint outcomes iteratively and incrementally, actively shaping customer requirements with stakeholders.
• Technical Leadership : Govern technical grooming, design discussions, system integration reviews, and architectural validations.
• System Design & Governance : Define end-to-end system architecture and ensure alignment with engineering best practices, scalability, and performance.
• Continuous Improvement : Advocate for shift-left practices, test-first approach (TDD / BDD), DevOps culture, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : Guide and mentor junior engineers, evangelize engineering culture, and foster technical excellence across teams.
• Innovation : Research and build proofs of concept (POCs) for new technologies and business opportunities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Recruitment, and People Success teams to identify and nurture talent.
