Job descriptionDesign and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices using Java Own the full backend development lifecycle : design, development, deployment, and monitoring Drive architecture decisions and contribute to building a modular, scalable product platform Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security Design and manage data models and interactions with relational and NoSQL databases Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on quality and best practices Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required 3–6 years of hands-on backend development experience with strong expertise in Java Deep understanding of System Design , Scalable Architecture , and Microservices Experience with RESTful APIs , distributed systems, and asynchronous processing Proficiency in working with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , or similar Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines , containerization tools like Docker , and cloud platforms such as AWS Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Experience working in early-stage product teams Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch Exposure to Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git Be part of a mission-driven team building a next-gen platform from the ground up Work with a passionate and experienced founding team Opportunity to shape core product decisions and influence the architecture Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with room to innovate and learn
