Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting client acquisition efforts. This role demands a mix of research, communication, and consultative selling skills, giving you deep exposure to how digital marketing agencies drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Research : Identify potential clients and build a strong target pipeline across industries.
- Outreach & Engagement : Conduct cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls to connect with decision-makers.
- Requirement Gathering : Understand client challenges, marketing goals, and business objectives.
- Proposal & Pitching : Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Client Meetings : Participate in client discussions and negotiations alongside senior sales managers.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and deal stages.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to refine pitches and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
