Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by canvassing potential customers. Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with clients, including designers, architects, and project teams, by providing expert advice and product information. Product Knowledge & Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of lighting solutions to clients. Proposal & Quotation : Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals for lighting projects based on client needs. Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Industry Awareness : Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new technologies, and relevant government regulations in the lighting sector. Team Collaboration : Work with internal teams, such as project delivery or technical specialists, to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. After-Sales Support : Offer post-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Key Skills & QualificationsSales Skills : Strong sales acumen, ability to develop sales strategies, and proven experience in generating leads and closing deals. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations. Technical Knowledge : A solid understanding of lighting products, their features, and benefits, particularly LED lighting.
