Client and project management : Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and guiding them through the installation and setup process. Testing and troubleshooting : Testing the network and equipment to ensure everything functions correctly and resolving any technical issues that arise. System maintenance : Performing maintenance and upgrades to ensure systems continue to operate optimally. Client education : Training homeowners on how to use and manage their new smart home systems. Required skills and qualificationsTechnical skills : Strong knowledge of home automation protocols and platforms (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, Control4).
