Endpoint Clinical - Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document sales workflows related to RTSM / IRT operations, including site onboarding and drug supply forecasting.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to ensure CRM data accuracy and alignment with trial systems.
• Provide insights from trial data to support sales forecasting and client proposals.
• Act as a liaison between sales, clinical operations, and IT to ensure technical feasibility of sales initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track sales performance and trial-related KPIs.
• Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as proposals and presentations.
• Train sales teams on tools, processes, and data interpretation relevant to RTSM / IRT systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all sales documentation and :
• Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in clinical trials or healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of RTSM / IRT systems and clinical trial workflows.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GxP, GDPR, and Skills :
• Experience supporting sales teams in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of clinical trial supply chain and patient randomization processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
