Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Analyst, New Ventures with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai or Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of identifying and validating new business opportunities in the dynamic healthcare and health-tech space.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a new venture, from initial ideation and market analysis to developing business plans, creating financial models, and working with founders to launch the business.

This role is perfect for a curious and proactive individual who enjoys both deep research and direct engagement with experts and customers.

Key Assessment and Ideation :

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the healthcare and health-tech sectors to identify opportunities for disruption.
Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to analyze market trends and identify new business ideas.
Network with key experts across the healthcare domain to gather insights and refine concepts.
Develop comprehensive business plans for innovative ideas and document all research and learnings in a structured manner.

Validation and Launch :

Create detailed financial models and evaluate unit economics to assess the viability of new business ideas.

Develop compelling pitch decks for investors.

Identify and engage with potential patients and doctors through creative methods to validate business concepts.

Onboard early adopters and work directly with founders to execute the business launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience :

Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with 3-4 years of professional experience.

Research & Analytical Skills :

Exceptional primary and secondary research abilities and a strong curiosity for the healthcare and health-tech space.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for ideation and problem-solving.

Business Acumen :

Proven experience working on business models and financial projections.

Proficiency in creating pitch decks and evaluating business viability.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with experts, senior leaders, and customers daily.

A genuine passion for having conversations with patients and doctors to understand their pain points.

Willingness to travel locally to meet with new doctors and partners
