Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Software Developer who will play a critical role in managing and mentoring a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Node.js, React.js, and MySQL, and should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers.
• Drive code reviews, pair programming, and tech mentoring to build team capability.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and architectural planning.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and documentation.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from technical standpoint.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and organise training or guidance as needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on nurturing team culture, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
