Neo Group - Product Manager

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build the next-generation Fintech products at Neo. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the Fintech industry and is able to translate market trends, customer needs, and business objectives into innovative product solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Oversee the product development lifecycle for new fintech innovations, ensuring optimal design, functionality, and market fit.
• Work with team management to define product strategy, features, and priorities.
• Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain Prepare crisp and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Define and wireframe the user journeys and flows.
• Work with UX designers, developers, and testers to develop and release the feature.
• Engage with external partners / vendors to identify integration requirements.
• Monitor and track utilization / performance of features post-release.
• Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts related to Fintech products, including API integrations, blockchain, data encryption, and data security.
• Continuously optimize and improve products based on data-driven insights.
