Job description

Key Deliverables :

  • Manage and process customer orders in ERP, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and ensure availability of manufacturing criteria and checklists.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for order management.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to order fulfillment and dispatch schedules.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and maintain order management dashboards in line with business requirements.
  • Drive digitalization efforts for improved order management processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate material dispatch to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues.
